In that time the podcast has been a vital resource in developing my knowledge and understanding in my studies for Sport Science and n particular Performance Nutrition. The Podcast boasts guests who are highly respected academic and experts in their field. What I like most about the podcast, is the approach in their ‘Science to Practice’ to help develop individuals to engage in Evidence Informed Practice. …..Highly recommend.
